Bought a cart less than 24 hours ago and it is defective, won’t charge or hit at all. Worker refused to issue me a refund when it is clearly full. When I stated “So, I just wasted my money then” they said “Yeah, seems like it.” This is not the first time I’ve had defective devices from here but I let it slide because they’re always very nice. Been going here for years but just lost a customer and I will be letting all my friends know to go to Buzz from now on.

I love this place, all of the staff is so helpful and kind. They keep pretty good stock of products and always try to accommodate anyone who comes in!

I recently visited this store and asked the worker to help me choose some items. The employee was pleasant. Got home and realized that the product I bought has been expired for almost a year. Didn’t get a receipt so I’m stuck with expired product.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. The girl working behind the desk is extremely rude and should not work customer service. Other guy (at least I believe there was a guy) was slumped behind the counter. Do better morehead this place is an extreme joke STAY AWAY

This place is absolutely terrible, they sell vapes often that don’t work (like they just did) then knowing that she sold me the vape was like you have a certain time to replace it (like I can use it before I return it IT DONT WORK….along with their cart products I say go to the buzz across the road much more variety and a much better customer service experience 🙌🏻 date 9/2/25
