I had a disappointing experience at this smoke shop. The employee was on the phone the entire time and didn’t give me any attention, which made me feel uncomfortable and unimportant as a customer. On top of that, it seemed like he didn’t really understand what I was asking for. Every time I asked a question, I got a completely unrelated answer, which made the whole interaction frustrating. I had to wait without any acknowledgment, and even when I was ready to purchase, there was no real effort to provide proper service. Customer service is a basic part of any business, and unfortunately, this place fell short. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both communication and customer service

Another oak grove very sus place... Please hit any town but oh grove Place is very suspicious dont go there. Refuse to give prices over the phone even though I was gonna drive 2 hours to come from tennessee so I was calling different towns to see which one would be better. . The sad thing is, they lost out on so much money and a lifetime customer , was gonna grab a ton i mean a ton of stuff, enough to stock up, over thousands dollars worth of business that another smokeshop got🤣 gotta love the karma , and all they could say, was we got good deals, no I want the prices before I drive all the way there keep up the good work🤡🤡🤡
