Brandon is always wonderful. He knows that I'm not always able to get there, and I'll have to send someone else. He always goes up and beyond. When I call the order in. He remembers what I need, who is coming to get it, and will type my number in for my discount after 10 visits. When I find someone who is good at working with the public. There is a fellow with a British accent who works the counter here and after answering a couple of questions during my visit proceeded to walk away from me to play his PC game and ignore my additional inquiries with no warning. If we had been in disagreement I would understand but I was looking for a price and there was no problem with our conversation to provoke his lack of interest in a customer. Even worse, he tried to inform me that it was in my best interest to just buy from him because he had the lowest prices and I went across the street to his competition and found nearly every single item at about 35% lower cost than at Ecig Source. Terrible. If zero stars were possible I would give that for a review.
