They were very nice in allowing me to return cigarette tubes that were incorrect product; however I returned 13 boxes & was only given credit for 11.. when I went back to question this, I was told I was incorrect & that was that...so they made $8.46 off of me + have 2 extra boxes of tubes on their shelves. (I suppose some would say this is my fault for not verifying the number of boxes when I first went in)... Smh...

This store has quick and friendly service! They always treat their customers so great and I would recommend anybody to go there to get their tobacco needs!!! I love that store and I hope it remains open forever cause I would be crushed if it closed!! I'm giving it all 5 stars because they deserve it!!!!

They are always nice when I go there and always have the bags of tobacco I want in stock. I've shopped here for years.

Best lil smoke hub on the Southside of Paducah. No beaten around the bush, they jus stick it straight in. Good people, lots of sales. Lrices as low as they come.

I have shopped here since they opened, always honest, great prices, fast and friendly customer service.
