Great place with knowledgeable staff, great juice with great prices and a amazing hardware

CAUTION if you purchase something from this place, you better make sure it's what you want, and don't trust the ones working to give you what you ask for. I thought this was a great place to buy vaping products and E-liquid, the first few times I visited but I was wrong. I went to the store and asked for a specific bottle of E-liquid and the woman working gave it to me. The next day I checked online to make sure that the E-liquid she gave me was the one I wanted because of the color. Much to my surprise it wasn't what I asked for and I assumed that she made a mistake and I would just return it and trade it for the right one. Much to my surprise they refused to trade it for the one I had asked for, though the bottle hadn't been opened and it was their fault for giving me the wrong one. I have emailed support and have not received a response from them. I will not be returning to this store to do any kind of business. This is a poor way to do business. If I had chosen the wrong E-liquid and they refused to trade it out then I would have accepted the outcome because it would have been my fault. This was their mistake and I think they should have corrected it. I can understand why they wouldn't want to do returns but that's not an excuse. I live on a fixed income and can't afford to just throw away twenty-two bucks.

I’ve been watching Ryan’s YouTube channel for a while and finally decided to order from them for the first time. After receiving my confirmation email, I waited 4 days and I still had not received any update on my online order. I then emailed the company asking for an update, but they replied that they had no record of my order. I then sent screenshots of my confirmation email, to which the replied then telling me that my order was flagged as fraudulent. Meanwhile my credit card has been charged with the transaction posted. I’m appauled at the extreme lack of communication. Why could they have not told me something was wrong with my order before I had to prove I even made an order? Very disappointed.

Honestly super disappointing experience. I have a broken ankle and use a walker to assist me at the moment I’m 28 my 26 year old boyfriend came in with me to help me with the door and I was asked for both of our ids even though I was very clearly the customer not buying for someone else. I am visiting from out of state had to ask for a ride miles down the road to get there and was refused service. Idk if it was homophobia or racism because my boyfriend is a person of color or what but they didn’t try to work with me when I explained the situation and refused to sell to me. I was very polite and explained my situation and was turned away. It was 30 minutes before close so I wouldn’t have even made it back to where we are staying to get his ID and back to the shop on time. Don’t waste your time. that green gas station right next to it sells a variety of disposable vape options that were sold at cheaper price points. If you need a vape set up or juice I recommend making the drive to the further ones. They tried to charge me $25 for a 7000 puff dispo. I got them 2 for 35 next door. They also had a 7500 puff option of another brand at $15. This experience really rubbed me the wrong way as I am out of state don’t have a car am injured and I sat there and asked a ton of questions about the different vape brands and flavors and even pulled my old vape out of my pocket to show what I usually use. I was clearly the customer. And he tried to explain away a reason not to serve me. He claims my boyfriend was interested in the delta 8 products yet we were only buying a vape and my boyfriend never asked them any questions about any products we never looked at or asked about delta 8 plus we’re both pushing 30.

I’ve not been to the actual store, but when I talked to Ryan on the phone he was very polite and helpful. Love y’alls videos on YouTube. Keep up the good work! #SupportKentuckyEconomy
