Very rude worker there treats people bad needs shut down in my opinion if they can't treat customers any better

I always buy my tobacco here. That lady that usually helps me is very friendly and helpful.

Don't shop here but if you do, dont be inconvenient for the staff, he may break down. I stopped in to get a cherry vape. The initial exchange was great. I walked out of the building to my vehicle, where I opened the vape and found that it did not work. I went back in, where I was told they didn't do refunds or exchanges. Period. I asked for a manager to call about that as i had spent $25 bucks on the thing, and the employee got an attitude with me then said they would call the manager. They tried multiple times, but no answer. The guy behind the counter was getting flustered. I was the only person in the store, so I wasn't taking him from other customers. I could tell he was upset, ive soent years woeking in gas stations so i was trying to be nice. I thought I'd lighten the situation and make a joke about managers not answering the phone, and that i could try to call later, and his demeanor changed. You'd have thought I insulted his mother's decency. He raised his voice, saying something about how she was driving to a managers meeting, slid him phone across the counter into a display, then said he would risk his job to do an exchange. He slammed buttons on the register like a child, knocked over other vapes trying to get me a different one, then slammed that one on the counter in front of me. I checked it in the store, it worked, so I walked away. Since he had an attitude, i had no interest in thanking him. As I turned to leave, he walked into the back room. When I got to the door, he unleashed a fluury of loud curse words. I was kinda shocked, so I yelled back that I heard all of that and left. The vape lasted about three weeks, which was nice.

Very rude people, will never do business there again. I was told by the manager that she only got paid to wait on people and not to carry on conversations the pony tail guy that works there is rude as well, if I disliked people so much I would get another line of work.

The guy that works on the weekend was very helpful and I will continue to go back there for my tobacco
