This is the absolute best most customer service I have I have ever seen! The best price on everything in the store, it was a great experience, I will be all my tobacco products and accessories from them! I highly recommend!

Never been there but was going to today since my normal shop is closed. They had a chance to convert a customer but since they answered the phone with just hello I didn't know if this was maybe a personal line or somthing so I asked if they were open today and the guy was so rude and said if we weren't open I wouldn't have answered the phone. Now I get the logic behind that statement but it was delivered extremely condescending. Ill go without vaping for the day before I go here.

On June 12th 2026 at noon, I walk into this vape shop and I'm greeted by incredibly unprofessional Employee , I do not know the name of. I will not be coming back and enjoy your bad feedback. Have a nice day.

the guy at the counter freaked out on me for no reason at all went some where else and spent over 100$ your loss wont be back don't go here unless you like getting yelled at for no reason at all .
