I went to Vivid last week, and the atmosphere of this place has really went down hill. The lady they have working there just looks like she hates her job and overall doesn't seem like a people person. I was a regular before she started working there, and I have slowly went there less and less due to her and product not being available. Sometimes I can buy the juices I want and other times I can't because "they are illegal to sale" and I only get told they are illegal to sale if I'm not the only customer there. I love supporting local businesses, but its getting harder and harder to support this place. Hopefully this place gets back to what it was before because this town doesnt need another local business closing or being replaced with another dollar general

Friendly, Informative & Helpful Employee staffed on My first visit this day. Nice Rewards Program, Staff inquired as to if I was enrolled to be sure & give Me My Purchase Credit for the ongoing reward now offered, which is a Nice Discount after your fourth or fifth qualifying purchase of $25. Minimum. Employee was Patient with Me, answered all My questions, thoroughly, correctly and patiently. Very clean Vape Shop, pleasant first experience I must say. Highly recommend for all your vaping need's. Also Very well stocked, with Sale an Discounted item's. Competitively priced.

Their prices for the disposable vape is ridiculous now and are $34.99 a peice and the same damn thing can be bought at a gas station within walking distance for $19.99 this is outrageous and I WAS a frequent regular customer! NOT anymore!

Love the shop Erin was amazing and helped me with all my questions and hooked me up with some new juice in a level that they don't offer in my location. Definitely worth the drive from Lexington for me to come back. I highly recommend going to this shop.

I won't speak on service but I can promise you won't get a answer from the listed phone number. I've called 15times in 2days and YET to get a answer. If their service is anything like them answering their business number then this place isn't for you. I soley rate it a1/2 star but didn't have that option so gave them 1star. Get it together or don't be surprised when you lose business
