It's okay. It's more of a bargain place than I thought. However, they do have really great cheap items like TVs, furniture, go-karts, etc. We've basically redecorated our whole house with things we've bought from them.

This is what you would expect from a Family Dollar. I don’t recommend shopping at these stores, they do not pay their employees well, and the quality of their merchandise is poor. This store is no different, but if you are on a budget, or live in the food desert that this neighborhood offers, you may be forced to shop here. I only hope that your experience is cleaner than my experience. The store is not clean. The parking lot is not clean. There are boxes all over the store. Things are in disarray.. the cashiers are about as helpful and nice as they need to be for what they’re paid. If you are looking for a five star shopping experience, this isn’t it.

The advertisement of this was misleading I thought they had some items for 95 cents but it is a liquidation store

The cashier did speak but she didn't bag my items correctly she put motor oil with crackers and pasta which was very bad and she put my light bulbs in the bag with heavy items i wasn't impressed but she needs to be trained on that for sure she also forgot to put my 20 dollars fan into basket which ac is broken and the would have come in handy so i had my back brace on and i was so ready to leave and it is partial my fault i forgot to tell her to give it to me but i went back to the store around 930pm and the store was closed but your hours state 10pm. Now i was very angry about that no doubt. So i will give 2 stars for effort. Improving is a process it takes time and a lot of patience.Good luck with that. I will give this store one more chance but customer service is very big for me when i spend 100 dollars at one visit. I hope you understand.

Sounds like we all getting same rude cashier and sounds like she may be the manager. Scary thought cause she’d be training new hires. And if closing store before closing time then has to be manager. Doubtful employee closing store and would have nerve close early. Also worked at DG before and know manager is always closer of store to count out tills etc. and offering to fight a customer because they had the nerve to tell her about herself and her nasty attitude is craziness. And then call police like customer did something wrong. No wonder shelves bare and product not on shelves where should be. Lazy and don’t like her job. Takes out on customers. Corporate needs get district managers more involved in dropping by unannounced and actually doing something about these problems and products sitting in floors blocking aisles. I know one at worked at was a market place which are awesome if you get one in your neighborhood but the mgr was a task master and the floors never had product sitting there. It was always all hands on deck days trucks arrived and product on shelves by end of day. Warehouse where kept til ready put out not on aisles. Corporate is very hard to find on how to contact. Any store like that and there are a few don’t want to hear complaints. That’s telling in itself.
