Stopped in to grab a drink and a lighter here last week. The lady working the front counter was the worst customer service I had here in the Bossier area by far. She was obviously agitated prior to my arrival. I go up to pay for my things hand her the money which she has in hand already then I go to reach for my items and she screams... No No you can't do that. Then she said you wait until I hand you your things because my cash register is open. First off your cash register is over there. You would have had to been Stretch Armstrong to get into the Register. Then I said " Well you don't have to be rude" she preceded to scream right in my face 👀 👀👀 I'm not being rude, this is rude. I then asked her name. She tells me and then says and you can call my manager if you want to. I said no need in all that. SHARON! Get out of customer service. That is definitely not a place for you at all just because management tolerates your rude unprofessional fowl behavior only means they are just desperate to make sure they don't have to cover that shift. I will catch you on the flip side 😜
