I recently made a trip to Smokers Haven in Boutte. My father asked me to pick him up some items. Mary was extremely helpful and she has a friendly demeanour. Smokers Haven’s prices were extremely competitive, and parking was easy. I appreciate the convenience of being able to get out of my car grab what I need and get back in without having to fight for a parking space.

I recently called this place for some information about phone and the person on the phone explain the address to me when I arrived there with my children. I was very surprised and uncomfortable to see that the person was actually repairing phones inside the smoke shop. This is completely inappropriate and dangerous, especially for families with young children A smoke shop is not a suitable place for kids and mixing such activities send a very wrong message I was really shocked and felt unsafe being there. I believe the city should review this business license. If they are licensed as a smoke shop they should not be running a phone repair business inside it. This kind of environment is not healthy for our community or our children.

Really Disappointed With The Services The lady behave and unprofessionally and tried to pressure me into buying something I didn’t want a good business should focus on honesty and customer service unfortunately that was missing hereI hope they improve their behavior in the future

Very clean store and very nice sweet
