Horrible experience. The little lady working behind the counter was more interested in what she was doing on her cell phone then helping out customers. Definitely will not recommend this place!

I'm so glad they brought us swamp vapor to Carencro. Everyone who works here is nice and personable. Every experience I have had has been a good one and now they have the rewards program which is nice. I have to admit I didn't get my current vape at this store but when I brought it in for a new tank they fixed it within 5 minutes. Next vape I buy will be from these guys. oh and did I mention the variety of flavors. Definitely 👍 👍 in my book.

After the recent closure of the store, which met all of my vaping needs, this place was highly recommended. I have to say that I was very impressed with the customer service. They were very informative and helpful with all of my questions/needs. This customer is very thankful and impressed with the service provided.

Stopped in to look for a certain item, they didn't have it but the salesman was very nice and helpful 👍 👌
