I’ve been coming here regularly since 2022, but after this experience, I won’t be back. I purchased a bong, and the employee left the glass downstem loose inside the piece and only put it in a plastic bag — no wrapping, no protection. That’s basic mishandling of fragile glass. By the time I got home and removed it, the downstem was broken from being improperly secured during transport. When I addressed it, the manager refused to take responsibility and instead told me I should pay half to replace it because “it wasn’t broken when it left.” That’s not how accountability works when your staff packages an item incorrectly in the first place. Long-time customer, and this is how they handle it. Do yourself a favor and double-check how your items are packaged before you walk out.

Every single time I go in there I find whatever I need! Awesome varieties and fast, friendly service is worth more now than it ever has been. I recommend this place over any inconvenience station in the area

Just FYI upfront this is not ONLY a vape shop. They have all sorts of smoking accessories. I've only been once but was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices and great selection! Staff wasn't super knowledgeable when I went but I can deal with that. They were trying their best to be helpful and that's what counts. They've definitely obtained a repeat customer with me! 😁 Will update if my opinion changes.

People here are super rude. It Must be nice to be able to be rude to people and be confident it won't affect your business. They cannot answer questions about the products they sell and are not a fan of talking to you in general, especially if you are white. I still go because they sell certain things I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Maybe I'll just buy it online and spend a little more money. There is a new place on 190 by albasha though. Maybe I can tell them to carry these certain items and I'll leave this place in the dust. Byyyee.

I bought three lighters, the total was $3.95. When I got home, I checked my transaction and saw I was charged $13.05. I called the shop, the lady who works or owns the business said, " I'm too busy" and hung up. She's also the lady who check me out. Luckily, I'm able to take a nine dollar loss but the next person might not be able to. This is my first time ever, writing a review. I thought people should know.
