This particular Tobacco Plus is my favorite by far of any Tobacco Plus I’ve ever visited the store is always clean and neatly organized. It always smells nice and fresh as well but the best asset of this store is without a doubt the customer service that you will receive! The staff here is very friendly and helpful and always has a smile along with a few nice words for each and every customer they encounter. The staff here goes above and beyond every time I have been to this location. The prices here on cigarettes and cigars are always great as well! They also have fuel pumps with both gasoline and diesel

I purchased a 2pack pod at Tobacco Plus. I was told if I open them and they were brown, they would not honor an exchange. My thoughts were, if they took such a stance, they are good. Wrong! The color was burnt brown I proceeded to Shop Rite to inquire their policy. It was contrary to Tobacco Plus. I returned to Tobacco Plus and reported my findings to no avail. I left my ph# for the manager to call me. Let's see if they are honorable and respectful toward a customer Despite the heads up, no business should expect a customer to purchase something they see to be worthless.
