The guy who was working the counter on 03/19/21 was very rude to me. He acted as if he did not want to help me and gave me false information about the vapes. It seemed as if he did not want to sell to me or something. Terrible service and they were out of everything apparently. Will never go back. I recommend the vape shop around the corner or in Baton Rouge if you want good service. -1/10 experience.

When this shop first opened it was very convenient for me to get my supplied here. It's progressively gotten worse and worse to the point where the last 5 times in a 3 month span they've been completely out of stock of pods and could for two separate devices. This store only caters to people who use 50mg nic salt. I've wasted my gas driving here for the last time.

The shop is awesome every time I go but I've bought tropic king brand pomegranate guava and strawberry 2 different occasions and both times it burned my coils black in an hour. 37 dollars just to have to go through a box of coils. I just came in and left the bottle up there hopefully management tries it and drops the brand all together . Just going to stick with peach rings from now on

NO inventory on pods and selling devices! Purchased a device from here, was lead on to believe that this was the new hot item and they haven't had pods since I purchased it. Called all around denham, baton rouge and no one has pods for this device. It says on the receipt returns have to be approved by management and they still wouldn't let me return it. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off.

We were here working, and my Dab Pen battery would not charge. 🤬 I called around and know one seemed to have one. I found The Vape shop online and called them... The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and had exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much.
