I didn’t even want to give a 1 star. I was with my daughter yesterday evening when the woman who was working there was so rude to her I have always went to your store for my husbands snuff I will never go back now that was uncalled for how she talked to my daughter my daughter was only asking for information on some snuff for her 69 year old friend. Your worker really sucks at customer service. I have seen her be rude to other customers too especially women. This is how you loose customers and I have seen her being rude to other workers. I hope you address this with her.

I had a horrible experience with your cashier this evening around 5pm. I went in with my mom to buy some dip. I don’t dip and had some questions. I showed the picture of what I was looking for and she was immediately rude, but told me yes, we have that. I tried to write it off and thought maybe I misread it. Then I called my friend to see if they wanted them, honestly not thinking that might be illegal because I was speaking to someone in their 60s ( I get that she didn’t know that). They asked me to make sure it was the pouches in the can and when I asked that, the cashier again, caught an attitude with me and said, ugh, yes, it’s pouches in the can, that’s how they come (but saying it like god, duh) I started to get upset at that, but still was willing to buy. We were going to buy 30 cans. I had asked at the beginning if she had them in the 5 pack. So, I asked how much they would be and she grabbed the single can and said this one and when I said no, the 5 pack, she got another attitude and at that point, I had had enough and told her Nevermind, I don’t need them or to be treated like that. I do understand that it was probably against policy to sell to me since she could hear me on the phone with someone, but it could have been handled better if that were the case. She should have said, “look, I don’t know how old the person is that you’re speaking to, so I don’t feel comfortable selling to you nor can I.” But no, she never mentioned that and she just made my whole experience there horrible. My mom always came in there to buy my dad’s snuff, but she will not be going back either. I know that won’t hurt your business, but I am hoping you at least speak to her about her attitude and lack of customer service.

Friendly face! Great attitude! She's a KEEPER and she's always playing good music and providing a laugh and good vibes when you come in and/or are checking out. Can't recall her name but 'glasses and dimples' lol

I was extremely disappointed one of the cashiers in this establishment. I feel when I'm spending a significant amount of money in your store I should be treated in a courteous manner. The store and parking lot are nice and clean. Watch out for the big drop off when pulling in and out of this parking lot!

I went here for gas yesterday pre paid inside for $25.00 got my gas and left. I go to check my claccount this morning and it says Smokos- $50. Well of course I called the store because I thought it would be an easy fix. Well the lady there this morning disregarded my claim and said I was not charged $50 although my band says they did. She claims I paid for what my reciepts shows but my account shows different and nothing is pending like a credit. She tried to shut me up and when I chose not to shut up and express my concern she hung up in my face. I will be taking this matter to the police station to file a complaint because it is flat out theft. Beware of this location. I have pics of my recipe for proof this is sad !!!!!
