I only giving 3 starts because I've been shopping here since day 1 opening should have had a good amount of points built up for discount purchases recently found out you don't get your points unless you ask for your points Ive spent a couple hundreds here since open and only have 34 points apparently only certain employees give you your points upon purchase without asking for them which I did. Not know you had to do every other vape shop automatically adds my points so guys be sure to ask for your points other wise you miss out on discounts and points found this out during my last purchase then when I found out I asked for a refund to repurchase so that I can earn points for that purchase I was refused approval to do so great job notifying customers after the purchase that i have to ask for my pionts but then refuse to do anything about it. Because you don't want to have to give explanation to your boss the reasoning for the refund besides that everything is reasonably priced and nicely set up

Customer service is awesome, store is well stocked. They have a loyalty system, and really good prices 👌👍
