i went to Vape On shop on Williams in Kenner and Nick who helped me was amazing . He explained the products very thorough, he took his time to explain things, he listen to me when i was describing what i was looking for. he kept A friendly ,patient even though i was in there close to their closing time not once did he made me feel rushed he didn’t made me feel as i was a bother , like other different vape shops i have been to. Mr. Nick’s customer service was over the top. because of him , i will only go to that store. i work in customer service so i know what a top sale person is and Mr Nick is just that. because of him , i give it a 5 star!! the store had different selections, really good prices and most importantly, Mr Nick knows his products and most importantly , you can trust him. GREAT JOB’!!!that’s the kind of employee you want to keep!!! HE IS THE BEST SALES PERSON I’ve EVER EXPERIENCED

Leha is amazing! She is at the Williams Blvd location! Definitely a huge asset to this Vape Shop!! Anytime I have a problem she is there to help me. She goes beyond the call of duty and she is very personable, friendly and always has a smile on her face. This is rare when you’re dealing with the public, but she never fails me so I highly recommend you go to see her for all your Vape needs and or advice because she has the answers. !! Definitely 100% customer service!!

I went here for the first time today and decided to get a new tank and the amazing sales associate Ace showed me every tank they had and helped me decide what was the best for me. He even set it up for me and taught me some tips and tricks to make sure it performs well, the vape shop I got my device from before just sold it to me and didn’t help at all. I highly recommend vape on if you want thoughtful customer service along with your device. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!😁😁

I've changed my previous review from a 1 to a 5, because Vape On reached out to me & was able to resolve the issue with my device, at no additional expense to me. That, shows excellent customer service! Thank you Leah!
