I get my father’s tobacco from here at least once every couple of months. No matter who is working the ladies are absolutely sweet, kind, POLITE, professional and make sure to let you know if they are running a deal or not. I don’t have my dad set up for their rewards program but they still give deals all of the time. Staff is so, so sweet! In just the short time to do a sale they make you feel so appreciated as a customer that when you leave you get that ‘Aweee that was so sweet’ kinda feeling! The staff here at the Ambassador Caffery location need a shout out because they are AWESOMEEEEEEE!!!!!💜

I love watching people freaking out when the clerk asks for their i.d. It's their stores policy for all alcohol and tobacco sales and some people just don't understand why they can't get away with not obeying the stores policy like they are the exception to it . Staff is as always kind , courteous , and very helpful every time we go .

Kind staff just never has the cigarettes we need, I have been put it off on doing a review but this is sad I live not far from it and they never seem to have Montego menthol 100. I getting sick of constantly going in and never having the cigarettes on me y'all really need to do something about your manager or the system in which the cigarettes are being ordered they should always always have cigarettes on hand the last from one order to the next come on I have more expectations than this from y'all!!!!!
