3.28.25 Standing at the register, and older lady was fixing to ring me up, then a young kid girl yelled out "No, don't wait on him, answer the phone 1st" . Wow.... pretty sad. So disappointed. They have the ability to have Cheeseburgers already made and ready but was told they don't have the ability to have a Hamburger already made and ready. I guess they buy the burgers that have a slice of cheese already attached to it. So heartbreaking, so of is can't have cheese. Kinda reminds me of McDonalds, they don't know how to cook a hamburger at 1025am, but at 1030am they mysteriously know how to cook that burger that they didn't know how to at 1025am. Maybe Tiger Mart will invest in Hamburgers one day that don't have a slice of cheese already attached to it.

I order multiple pizzas here weekly, I wont be anymore. They messed up my order and caught an attitude with me about it. When I made a comment about the lady being rude another lady caught an attitude with me and said to tell that lady or April. This is the second time I've have a bad experience with rude customer service here. I work in the food industry, that is not acceptable customer service. My household will not spend another dollar here.
