The Humidor is well stocked and they have a great selection from all the top brands and some boutique makers. Also I really like a cigar shop where the person working the desk doesnt bother you while in the Humidor so kudos to this place. They had what I wanted and if I needed a reccomendation Im sure the guy working the desk is knowledgable enough. Coming from New Orleans its beyond weird to have a cigar store and especially a cigar lounge that closes at 7p even on a weekend. A lot of rhe cigar spots in the city close late so it was just weird when I looked up this place and they had those hours. I can't imagine what its like during football season or when there is a fight on. Still this place is gonna be a must stop for me when Im in the area and its one of the best cigar selections Ive seen while traveling

I was in Lake Charles for a few days to attend a funeral. Being middle of the week, me and my best friend were looking to smoke a cigar and chill out a bit. We wandered into Cigar Club and have you ever been in a place and fighting every urge inside yourself to just scream out “YEAH!!" Cigar Club definitely has their act sorted. Great selection of cigars and Nigel is super helpful and knowledgeable.

Stopped by earlier today and met Nigel, absolute stud. We spent the next 20 min chopping it up in the humidor, very knowledgeable and chill guy. Also a pretty great selection in the humidor, I do wish they had a bigger selection of boutique cigars but these guys have an amazing selection of hard to find Fuentes and some other hidden gems. Managers are rude. Won't talk to you and then talk ugly about you behind your back to employees. Terrible place to shop. Do not go here. Anywhere else would be better. Called several times to talk to a manager was nice and calm and polite only to be hung up on and to be banned from the store and from calling when I was just trying to ask a question. Wouldnt even get patched through to a manager. They refused to talk to me at all. Terrible place with Terrible people running it.
