Depends on who's working wether you are treated like a valued customer or not. Some of the employees are very friendly others not so much..

As a regular, they understand your time is valuable. Sometimes even hold a friendly conversation. Prices a bit cheaper than most stores; the rewards app is even better. Highly recommended.

My husband has went in 1 time & was met with PURE RUDENESS. The cashier was MAD that she had to walk out the store to unlock the ice cooler. I went one time & was met with the same rudeness by a different lady. Needless to say it don’t matter who you deal with over there,their attitudes are INSANE !

Just left Tobacco Plus on Ryan St to purchase lottery tickets. The cashier Brittany put the numbers I selected in 2 times on the same ticket and informed me I needed to pay for both sets of numbers. I told her it made no sense to pay for the exact same numbers on the same ticket. She then informed me she had to refuse my service since I wouldn't pay for duplicate numbers. She said she would have to pay for her mistake. I have been a customer at this store for years and I have never had someone be so rude. I didn't make the mistake, she did. I am so very disappointed that she would be allowed to do this to a customer. I absolutely love many of the ladies that work there. I will continue to shop there, I will not be in her line.
