Me and my husband visited the store and the guy with the red hair and long beard seem to always be upset! Just ruin the whole experience normally smoke shop workers are bubbly, nice and engaging. He just stands in one spot like a mannequin, stare and instead of walking around to show products he points them out, my husband was paying and the guy asked debit or credit my husband showed the card and said debit I even heard him, he then looked up at my husband as if he was saying any day now and my husband said again debit and with a attitude he said you could have been said that…we just left and will not shop there again cause the customer service was not good at all and this is not the first time with this guy and we’re the nicest people ever.

Just speaking on the "glass/device" side, they have a decent selection of glass at good prices, better than thin glass. Some new devices(puffco),etc. JR knows what he is talking about. Definitely check them out

Always great service and the people there treat you like family. Super comfy atmosphere and I go there any time I have any questions. They normally have pretty good stock and I know they sweep and mop every night at closing. I'm a clean freak so I love to know when places actually clean up every night. I can't express how great of a place it is. Management is very nice and so are the staff. I recommend if you have any questions or vaping needs this is the place to go.

Has a great selection of mods and juices! Facility is very clean and they even added a lounge with a pool table! Service is usually quick unless more than one person is needing assistance but that's not really a big deal. Only gets 4 stars due to prices. Juices, mods and tanks tend to run a bit high (almost double online prices in some cases) but you're paying for the convenience I'm having it right now instead of waiting for shipping. If you're into nicotine contents of 9mg or higher (like myself), your selection of juices dramatically decreases. Great shop and staff. I'd recommend it.
