I think the young guy running register was acting like there was a problem with the card reader to make people use the ATM and pay cash

I wish I could rate them -5 stars. Absolutely awful customer service. We reserved a uhaul from here days in advance. Pickup was 7 am. The owner watched us sit on the side of the road calling customer service for hours because he refused to give us the keys stating his worker was at home asleep. Mind you, the uhual was pre paid and our email stated the keys could be picked up in a lock box. 2.5 hours later and after being transferred to multiple people on the phone with uhual, he finally grabbed the keys from right behind where he was standing the entire time and handed them to us. Then when I told him it was unacceptable, he ran after me out of the store yelling at me. Absolutely horrible experience here. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT RENT A UHUAL HERE!

Ripping people off one dime at a time! Each item was $3:28, i was charged $3.38!

This store has almost everything, but that is not what makes it special. I have personally experienced the dedicated staff who stay open and cherish every chance to service the community. When everyone else says that things are too tough. The store owner is at work and goes above and beyond. I believe the staff at Rascoes has always been the heart of Dixie Inn. The store has changed hands but not service. For over forty years, this store has managed to provide the most reliable and friendly services.

I absolutely love this store. Especially the fresh meat. My husband and I always stop on our way back from Shreveport. It's a one-stop shop. The workers are very friendly.
