“I can’t help you because I do not know anything about cigars.” That might not be an exact quote, but it’s pretty close to what the person working there told me. I don’t drink coffee, so didn’t test his knowledge on their other offerings. I quickly walked out, snapped this picture, and left. I could’ve taken photos and had a conversation with ChatGPT and done better at picking out a cigar than this guy could do.

The owner has a big problem with tour groups. Those groups are vital to the tourism economy of the city and he was very rude to one today, yelling at them about blocking the sidewalk.

Went in and the guy behind the counter asked "What do you need?" I told him I was looking for a cigar. He sarcastically replied "Well you just walked past a whole bunch". I told him I needed help picking one out because I didn't know much about it. He said he couldn't help me essentially because he didn't know anything about cigars. The employee was extremely rude the entire time and I'm not sure why he would work at a cigar shop and not know anything about cigars. Don't waste your time or money

Owner screamed at our group from across the street. He was rude and way out of like -we were not anywhere near his shop. Avoid!!!

The man who works here/possibly owns it is actually insane. We walked in and he said to take our time and look around. My friend who was with us asked the guy for a recommendation and the guy said "maybe you could take out your phone a google it. That's an idea". I'm not sure why you would work at a cigar place if you don't want someone to ask for a recommendation. My husband then called him a prick (which was a nice word for how he acted) and the guy lost his mind saying he'd get us arrested for trespassing. (We were leaving as my husband said that). I would stay away unless you like interacting with lunatics.
