A friend bought me the perfect pipe from here & it was perfect for what I like. I broke it & called them to try & get another one similar if not the same. Kimbi,, Lucas & Lilly went above & beyond to help me & found one like I had. They could of just said "No we don't have that in stock." But they searched other stores & checked their warehouse & found one like i had!! I am so thrilled, & hope i don't break the new one!! But i recommend this business, because all employees are a true assets to the company & i cant thank them enough!!! I appreciate you all for going above & beyond what others probably wouldn't look for 5 days to find what I wanted. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! You people are awesome!!! 10 stars!!! Was rendered essentially comatose after consuming a single serving of a product sold here. Slept/was unconscious for 36 hours. Deeply irresponsible. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Read labels and do your research because they are just looking to make a buck.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They sold me a broken water pipe (a very fine line crack) and refused to return or exchange it just an hour after we walked out with it. Worse they were argumentative and chastised me not for breaking it but for not inspecting it closely enough prior to them wrapping it for me. Mistakes happen from time to time. The question is how a business responds to errors. This business does not stand behind their products. TAKE EXTREME CAURION OR AVOID ENTIRELY.
