For the 2nd time we were given an insanely old tin of tobacco. Tobacco so dry and stale it turns to dust when you touch it. First time we caught it in the car and were able to switch it out immediately. This time we were told they were "unable to exchange it because there's no manager on the weekends." Of the 4-5 times we got tobacco from this location this is the second time its actually just dust. I wouldn't recommend going here. If you do, be really careful with the tobacco. Check it before you leave and don't go on the weekend apparently?

Love this place. Heaven and Jade were both super helpful the past couple times I’ve come in. I’d give it 10/10 stars if I could!

Jade was so knowledgeable and helpful. I asked a bunch of dumb questions because I was buying stuff for my friend and she was so gracious and informative.

I would give zero, but I can't. I'll give the one because the shop has lots of things you can choose from but the short haired with blue and black hair blatantly ignored us while she ran around the store for a non-paying customer, we are renew what we wanted she didn't even ask didn't even care acted like we weren't even there! If the owner is reading this you should fire her immediately she's costing you business she is more of a liability! I would never have someone working at my business that treated customers that way! You should pull the camera and view the situation 8:30 pm Wednesday feb18th... She cost you around 150.00 dollars tonight. We got disgusted by her lack of being a paid employee, and went to another shop down the street!! Do yourself a favor and skip this place!!!

Jade was SUCH a star! I came in looking for a lighter with specific qualities and she helped me out and was such an angel! Any time I’m in New Orleans I will MAKE IT A POINT! To visit this shop just because of the service Jade provided! Above and beyond!
