I’ve been ordering/picking up from Smokecignals for 10 years now. I’ve tried random shops and ejuice as brick n mortar stores have opened but the quality of the juice doesn’t compare to what these guys make! Their sourcing & ingredients are pure and simple. The lab is sterile. Customer service is absolutely 💯

This is my" go to" spot for all my vaping needs. Really cool guys that work here. You can order online and pick up, have it delivered by mail,or go into the store and pick your flavors. They have the best blends that I've found in the new Orleans area. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks me about a vape shop. They have a location in baton rouge as well.

Honestly. This is a no frills shop with a large selection of juice. The gear is hit or miss and you would do better to look elsewhere if your interested in variety. The company specializes in juice and they are wholesalers for local shops so the prices they have in-store are good. Dont expect hand-holding if you are new to this vice. The guys here don't care about your feelings, but they know how to make good juice.

I went in there the other day and got some juice. They did not offer any quality. All juice is handmade, so you can not expect consistency. All the other shops in the area said they were open, but were closed. I swung by here and I haven't been more disappointed in a purchase. The battery I got was one of question. Just looked like a re-wrapped battery. The juice I got was supposed to be a king cake flavor. It has a FAINT hint of king cake, but just tastes bland. They lacked any type of gear comparing to current vape stores on the Northshore. I do not recommend coming here unless you have bad taste and want cheap gear.

I've been in there a lot. The customer service is really good, and they are very helpful. They also have a rewards program that you can use. I've had two $20 off products because of using the rewards program. The juices they make in house are usually great. Some have been hit and miss, and some have been out right awesome. I would recommend anyone going there. I will be back again, and again.
