The place is very accommodating, very neat, clean and comfortable. Amazing service by Chris, who was very informative, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Owner Matt is always conversation ready . Go and visit them and tell them ramsey sent you .

I first came here about a year ago and now I visit almost every weekend. Chris and Wyatt are knowledgeable and the selection is good with some nice house sticks. The lounge area is a relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend checking the place out.

Cigar selection is very sparse. Didn’t have any of the brands that I had questions about(not crazy boutique stuff). little to no cigarillo selection. I did buy a few cigars to try that the gentleman recommended. This is suppose to be the more stocked store(other store in Bossier). Humidor was small, very warm inside it as well. I had to wait on the gentleman before I could enter. Pipes and pipe tobacco seemed several to choose from. Lounge area is meh. Overall a decent shop, just need a bigger selection.

Wouldn’t let me smoke my own cigars. Told me I had to buy something before I could smoke. This is right after I came in told him I was new looking for a new cigar lounge. You would think that if you’ve got a new guy in there, let him smoke his cigar, letting him feel at home and then he’ll start buying his cigars from you. Besides the fact the place has like 5 seats maybe and a tiny humidor. I’m pretty sure the humidor was bigger in their old location. Never going back. I mean honestly can you imagine having to buy something every time you went to your favorite lounge to smoke a cigar? Literally what if I had bought two cigars on a Monday, smoked one of them and came back Tuesday to smoke the other oh, I’d have to buy something else before I could sit and smoke! You’re out of your mind!
