I highly recommend Smoke360 in Sulphur.. 10/10 product selection, 10/10 customer service. But before I give my testimony, I’d like to take the time to say that I’m an idiot. Allow me to explain. I was over charged for a purchase and assumed that because I did not have my receipt, the management would not believe me. My God was I ever wrong! After calling up there, the manager was completely understanding, asked me the time and date of my purchase, promised to review the video from the store footage, and asked me to stop by that afternoon. When I got there, the manager, Matt explained that it was an honest mistake and my balance ready for me.. I’m grateful that there are still people who run businesses with that kind of integrity in the world, and I’m honestly embarrassed that I ever doubted that people like that existed.

It seems like most times I go here, they're always out of what I need so I rarely go now. One positive is that they still have somewhat of a selection of vape juices. Tonight specifically, around 6:30pm. The girl that was working; a thin white girl with nose rings; was helping my mom. She seemed to be exuberantly angry she was super condescending and rude to me specifically🤔 It was insanely bizarre lol I never once said a single word to her. I was solely speaking to my mom. My mom was the one buying things this time. Every single time I tried to speak with my mom, the girl would answer me saying the most rude and condescending things😳. It should probably be mentioned that when I would speak to my mom, I would preface the statement with "Mom..." etc. I was calling her by name because she was a few feet away from me. So there was no way the girl thought I was speaking to her, also, my back was turned to her. It was extremely strange. I've never met this girl a day in my life but she was talking to me and looking at me like she legitimately had beef with me?🤦🏻‍♀️🤔🤣 She was BIIIG mad at me for something I'm completely unaware of?🤔🤷🏻‍♀️ She was incessant and continued every time I spoke so eventually we just had to leave. Idk but I hope her night gets better? Lol

The Sulphur store is clean and easily accessible. They have a little bit of everything. Prices are the best that I've found in town. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and always happy to see you.
