Reasonable people. I bought something I wasn't happy with and they worked with me to find a solution. Still not happy about being out 25 bucks (plus 7 dollar store credit). I would have liked a heads up when buying it.

Unfriendly. They never greet you or say thank you for your business. I think they prefer their own kind at this shop. They certainly don’t care for white women regardless of how much you spend there. I use to fear going in this store because of how unwelcoming the men are. It’s easier and WAYYYYYYYYY cheaper to order MUCH more potent products online!

I've been going to Up In Smoke in Terrytown for years and will continue to be a loyal patron. The staff is so personable and attentive. I always look forward to stopping into their store because it's always a pleasant experience.

Best smoke shop on the Westbank and it's not even close. Way better than most of the shops in Nola and the East as well. Great atmosphere and the staff is awesome.10/10

This shop has been my go to smoke shop for many years. The variety is amazing and prices are the best in the West bank, compared to other smoke shops that have come and gone. Up In Smoke is still in town and are the best.The staff and owner are outstanding, knowledgeable and always courteous.
