The ladies here are the best part— helpful and informative, they give it the attention that you get as if they were the owners. Big selection of vapes and an impressive and appreciated selection of discounted vapes. Overall best selection for all other products in town too.

I understand that they can't return vapes, but I told the manager I bought 2 at $15 each, different types, and both were bad (bad coils and i pulled one apart to show her) She gave me the "oh well, too bad" speech. They ripped me off, but I told them to remove the vapes from the discount shelf, so we'll see if they do

I frequent this shop rather often and always have a great experience, but in particular I enjoy going in on the evenings and being helped by the young woman with glasses. She always greets me with a big smile and goes above and beyond in her customer service skills! Customer service can truly make or break a shop like this, and frankly this young lady makes it!

The older lady with the long gray hair has a really bad attitude &yesterday went in there again got two vapes & you have to try them before you leave to make sure they work first one tasted like mold . So I wanted a different one to replace it not like I asked for my money back she flipped out & was extremely rude & not very nice words & the attitude was not a good customer service experience. So I go to pick another one & so I proceed to get another one I turn my back & she literally threw it at me & it bounced off of something because I wanted a new one . This is the 3rd time she's been this way to me . This is really unacceptable behavior if your J.O.B. IS CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT A HAPPY ABOUT HAVING TO DEAL WITH SUCH A PERSON. WHERE ARE THE MANGERS OR OWNER'S OF THIS PLACE THIS LADY IS NEEDING TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR SUCH IMATURE FROM A GROWN OLDER WOMAN BECAUSE SHE'S NASTY TO PEOPLE WHY DOES THIS WOMAN STILL HAVE A JOB THERE & CONTINUE TO HARRAS PEOPLE.

I came here for a vape. Debby is the best ! She is all about making sure you leave with what you need. Great selection as well !
