The Maine Smoke Shop in Brewer is my only place to go to stock up. Not only are the prices decent and bargains do pop up ever so often, but the staff is awesome. They genuinely look happy to be there; and as I watch customers come and go waiting in line, they all leave with a farewell like "have a great day" etc. from the employee, every time. Thanks, Scott.

I used to shop hear all the time but not after today. As I was standing in line at the checkout the aging man with a ponytail and ball cap snapped his fingers at me and demanded my id while he was ringing up the customer ahead of me. I have no problem presenting my ID but it was the rude manner in which I was treated that I have an issue with. He was condescending and rude the entire transaction. I will never shop hear again. I'm sorry that this sad aging hippie made poor choices and now he is in his 60s and jockeying a cash register but that is no reason to take it out on the general shopping public. He watched me enter the store, handle product and get in line before demanding my ID like I did something wrong. If he needed to see my id so bad he should have asked right when I entered not before I was already in the store handling the unsecured tobacco products. Good grief, what a jerk!

Staff is incredibly nice and always willing to help! They always have what I'm looking for which is perfect when every other store doesn't carry whatever or is always out. I 100% recommend going here for any and all your smoke supply needs wonderful environment and staff.
