Nice place and very professional. Everything was very clean and simple. Wonderful advice and knowledgeable about the products

The level of incompetence is astounding! These people know nothing of the products they sell. They tell you they don't have something when you can literally see it right behind the counter. Drive up the road to the other place.

apparently i don’t “look 40” but the guy behind me does because he knows the cashier don’t forget ur id unless you know them ☠️? what a great manager better off going to thomaston maybe you’ll get a smile. maybe the same rules should apply to everyone or maybe you should teach ur employees at night to card 😂 HAPPY FRIDAY 😆

Not helpful, acted like I should know about their products ahead of going in there.

This is by far : The Best Shop Around." !!! Not only are the prices hard to beat.. But if you want to walk into a store where the individuals that work there are few&far between ...Well simply said that they're all always: Happy..Have a smile on their faces +have continued to be more than helpful to take the time&answer any questions you may have with regard to their various products in their store. To be honest I've had unfortunate experiences where its as if ,the employees aren't happy wth their jobs.I assure you that ,I'm very in tune wth the fact that ,we all have our days + you never know what others are going through..But I'd not ever encountered any issues wth that type of behavior. I'd not really been 1 to write reviews, bt when the smoke shop came up on my phone&I've gone here for several yrs now&always- it's been truly a pleasure. THANKS GUYS you're able to give your customers a great experience & your attitude has rubbed off on me,as i leave.. Therefore I had to write this &hope that one of the girls tht work there can see exactly wht they've given to me &I'm sure many others ..Its rare now a days+noticed by me enough to go outta my comfort zone .Sending Well Wishes4 you all to Have a Happy New Year to each of you ♡
