What can I say? It's super clean friendly and a very welcoming atmosphere. They allow me to rob the store every single time for smiles and smiles alone and let me tell you, when you walk in you are greeted by 1 or 2 of the 3 behind the counter and the other one is always back there smiling. I love this place and the staff that work there. They have the best selection of premium top shelf disposable vapes in the state, and the prices are also fairly decent considering their rewards program and we get free vapes all the time from that program as we earn points every purchase to use for that and many other things which is a huge bonus for us. They even sold me a refillable not disposable vape with pods and they have a HUGE selection of flavors to fill those pods they sold me, and I still use it too. Their selectiong of non disposable vapes is Huge but the folks that work there know alot about the products thesell so talk with them tell them what you're looking for if you're in the market for one. The wife and I give this place a total thumbs up as they always take such great care of us. Never any disappointment ever from these folks!!!!

Stopped by Empire Vape Shop in Waterville, Maine yesterday and I have to say this place blew me away. From the second I walked in I was greeted in the friendliest way possible. Arizona was the first to welcome me and was incredibly helpful right from the start. Everyone in the shop seemed genuinely eager to help and talk shop, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. The selection here is easily one of the best I’ve seen anywhere in Maine, and I’ve visited a lot of vape shops across the state. They had a huge variety of devices, disposables, and flavors — way more options than most places carry. On top of that, the atmosphere and design of the shop are awesome. It’s honestly one of the coolest looking vape shops I’ve been in. Super clean, well organized, and just a great vibe overall. We talked vapes, we talked car shows etc. I didn’t wanna leave. You can tell the staff actually know their stuff and enjoy what they do. If you’re anywhere near Waterville and looking for a vape shop with great people and an amazing selection, Empire Vape Shop is definitely worth stopping into. I’ll absolutely be back. They are my new “Crave”!!!!

I went in clueless today looking for something I could afford without sacrificing the flavors I like. SEAN (usually works at the Augusta location) was super helpful and probably the most welcoming and friendly person I’ve met in a long time. He was so knowledgeable and patient and helped me get exactly what I was looking for! He went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure I left with what I wanted without feeling like a pain for asking all the questions. He’s a breath of fresh air to say the least. Thank you again Sean for all of your help and kindness!! You are such a sweet and caring person.

I forget her name, but the girl working there tonight was awesome! I called ahead of time to get some info and she wants very helpful and knowledgeable. Then I showed up after work and she helped me find a similar flavor to the juul pods I'm trying to replace. Very good experience. Will be returning!

Tonight I went to this vape shop to get a new vape. I was undecided on what I wanted and BEN was phenomenal on giving me all the information I needed on every product to help me make the best decision for myself! He was amazing! I have been going to this vape shop for years and have never been let down! Thank you BEN for the amazing experience!
