⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great smoke shop with a really good selection and friendly customer service. The staff is helpful, welcoming, and always willing to answer questions. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a nice variety of products. Definitely a great place to stop by — highly recommended!❤️❤️

When I first discovered this shop, I was living right up the street and I originally LOVED this shop and the owner. It became my go-to for all vape juice and accessories. However, the more I went, the more disappointed I became. I've purchased 2 pricey vapes from him and both of them started having electrical issues within a year of purchase(I take good care of my stuff). At one point, I had an incident where my glass broke, and he sold me a new glass, but unfortunately my coil got stuck in my vape somehow and neither him or I could get it out by pulling it. I kept trying to smack it lightly on the ground to loosen it or break it out and he kept telling me "stop, you're gonna break it". Idk why I didn't tell him to shut up and let me break it because the vape is ruined if I can't get the stuck coil out anyway...but instead I just asked for a refund which he gave me. As soon as I got to my car, I smacked the coil on the ground and it immediately popped out, go figure. I went back inside to purchase the glass again but I needed to wait multiple days for the refund money to come back to my card. Another bad experience was I purchased a new tank for my vape from him because he told me it take "D-Coils" which, in his words, was "a very common coil that he ALWAYS has in stock and any shop should sell them". Well...low and behold I burnt up my last coil and rode over to the shop just to be told he did NOT have any in stock and wasn't going to get any more in until the next week...I went to 5 different other vape shops and NONE of them sold D-coils...so he lied to me about it being common because I'm pretty sure he knew he was the only one who sold that coil so I was left screwed. The final straw was today...I needed juice and I had about $25 left to my name and JUST enough gas to get to the shop and back. I rode all the way up there and...wouldnt you know it...they are randomly CLOSED in the middle of the day on a FRIDAY! No explanation, no note saying they were at lunch or anything. According to Google, they were supposed to be open...they open at 9am everyday of the week. I got there at 11:30am on a FRIDAY...and I guess he just didn't feel like coming to work or something but I vowed that I am never putting my confidence in this guy or his shop anymore. The only business he will get from me is the 2 for $20 juice deals and I'm gonna be looking for any other shop with a similar sale because I no longer want to give him my business. He has lied to me, led me in the wrong direction and has NOT been there for me when I needed him the most. He doesn't seem to have very good regard for his customers...don't let his smile and polite manners fool you. He will lie and sell you something he knows will TRAP you into only going to HIS shop and obviously sucks with taking inventory because he's ALWAYS "out of order" with coils and whatever else you may need at the time.

The owner is so friendly. He takes his time to explain products amd helps you decide on what is best for you. Love coming here.
