This is based on what could be seen through the glass locked door. I saw no signage for this business. I was able to see some smoke-shop merchandiSe merchandise in a glass display counter at the register area and on the wall behind the register. I didn't see any other partitions separating the "cigar" business from the outwardly advertised business. I saw no cigars of the type I was looking for. I saw some tiparillos and the like. I was there when the store was closed because I was led to believe by their Google results that the store was open at 9:30 (when I searched) and would close at 18:00.
