I love the kind and attentive service. These folks are striving to start a better life by running an honest business in what, unfortunately, is a tough neighborhood. The best thing we can do for them is to have the courage to wade through the occasional chaos outside to give them our patronage and support.

The staff are very kind and helpful and if I have an extra minute I'll chat for a few.

Specifically asked if they were temperaturecontrolledwith the cigars in the case tonight and was told yes. LIE LIE LIE. NO THERMOMETER, box of Cubans felt like a rock. Grabbed a Tatiana got home SMDH. 8$ but 4 days ago they were 5 something.Try to support and get lied to and scammed. Selling locals refurbished or about to go bad products.

Good selection. Nice staff. They do not rush their customers and offer suggestions. They are also knowledgeable about the products they carry.
