Dear smoke shop owner iv visited ypur shop a few times in the past and present and I have allways held your employee taylor in high regards recently I had a phycatric emergency and taylor got me threw it she really could of saved my life she understood exactly what I was going thru and continued to be a excellent person and lisend I gave her a tip and will tip her again in the future she truly makes the atmosphere in smoke center pleasurable and is knowledgeable of good products btw I lost 200 dollars in store and she returned it never met a more nice person I wish you and her a happy Thanksgiving and she will be tipped again soon

Love this store, it’s my absolute favorite spot to get my smoke supplies & it’s all because of the sweet girl who works the front! She’s who/what brings me back to the store again & again! Tay is incredibly patient & kind to me & always helps me decide on the best things to get. Her customer service is outstanding. She works efficiently & she’s a total people person. I have such a pleasant experience every encounter, she is the most graceful, positive young woman & the world would be better if there was more people like her.
