Took it back to the store, showed the employee that it was broken, and he clearly saw that it didn’t function. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to do anything — no refund, no exchange, no store credit. Nothing. Selling defective products and then hiding behind “no help” policies is straight-up shady business. If you’re okay with wasting your money and being treated like you don’t matter after the sale, this is the place for you. Otherwise, shop literally anywhere else. Don't ever come here they sell fake and defective products very shady business

They overcharge by a lot! White oak is selling the same things for like 30-50% less.

Store is great. Good friendly service. And they had just what I needed. Reasonable prices. Good inventory
