Utterly appalling experience, and frankly I have had quite enough of it. It is rather remarkable how one individual can sour what was otherwise a tolerable arrangement. At approximately 11:50 in the evening on April 3, 2026, I stopped in after my usual weekly run. I have been a consistent customer, routinely purchasing an entire box of Sweet Woods flats at an agreed price. That understanding has been in place, and honoured, by every other member of staff. Except him. There is a newer, rather stout fellow with completely white hair who, without fail, attempts to inflate the price every single time he is present. It is not only improper, it is transparently opportunistic. One would assume that a business values repeat custom, especially from someone spending at a wholesale level. Evidently, that assumption would be misplaced here. To be perfectly clear, the same 30 count box is available directly from the official Sweet Woods source for forty dollars. I chose, out of convenience and prior positive interactions, to continue paying the inflated in store price of seventy dollars. That decision was based solely on the professionalism of the other staff and the ease of immediate purchase. However, there are countless other establishments offering comparable, if not better, arrangements. I am by no means obligated to tolerate this nonsense. What truly sealed it was the audacity displayed as I was leaving. After attempting to overcharge yet again, this individual then tried to call me back as I was already driving off, as though a last minute correction would somehow erase the dishonesty. Absolutely not. One does not behave in a questionable manner and then expect goodwill afterwards. This will be my final visit. I will take my business elsewhere, where agreements are respected and customers are not treated as if they are easily misled. Quite disappointing, really.

Everyone that works at Crain Cigar is so kind and friendly. I appreciate how they purchase and sell special requests from customers like almond milk, eggs, butter, onions and peppers. Once in a while they even sell fancy food like brioche buns and French baguettes or maybe some lemons or limes or specialty snacks and drinks. I can go any day or anytime and always get great service and a smile! They are truly a diamond in the rough!

Not gonna lie there’s no set prices they look at it and determine then and there how much it will be I bought a brisk he told me 1.50$ my friend who has gotten into it with them about fair prices goes to buy the same drink right after me he tried to charge him 3.75 they cheat very frequently and know most ppl don’t know another smoke shop
