Hey everyone. Just bought a $40 vape there which I’m used to geek bars that are around $25-$30. Obviously, they’re getting rid of geek bars now, so I was told by a young Indian gentleman to buy the kangertech. Before I left, I was told to try it which I did and it said 30 and 90. The battery was at 30% and the juice was at 90. I did not smoke it until I got home due to me having the rest of my geek bar to vape. I get home. It’s 30% and it goes right to 0%. I immediately called back, which I would say it was not even seven minutes. He basically apologized and said that that’s the way they come, which we all know that beeps come at 100% juice. And as for the new ones honestly I’m not sure if they don’t come at 100 but that’s what he said. Any other vape comes with at least like 99% charge. Not to mention when I was in there, I asked why is it at 30% meanwhile, I call him and he says it doesn’t matter there’s no refunds. He knew that there was something wrong with it because he had said he smokes at all the time there’s no way a vape would go from 30 to 0 two seconds! Not even worth going back because why waste your time if you’re not gonna give me a refund or even say I can give you a new one to make sure this one is OK.im charging it again and I timed it just to prove a point. It will be dead in 5 hits. And no when it was charging I didnt hit it.

Short guy who works there should NOT. I do not need a lecture while buying your product about how it “can kill me” and that me stopping in twice in one day makes him “suspicious.” Go work somewhere else. As a retail store manager I would be mortified if my employee acted this way. I will no longer spend my money here

King Smoke is the best shop around hands down! Phenomenal selection and everyone there is super helpful and always friendly. I recently had the pleasure of visiting their new location in St. Leonard and once again I was blown away! 5/5 would highly recommend both the California Maryland location and their new one in St Leonard Maryland.

My first experience may have been my last. Just stopped by the Saint Leonard shop and had to wait outside with another patron while the lady behind the counter went to the bathroom to smoke up. Saw 2 other customers try to come in thru the back entrance but it was locked so they left. Must of been some good stuff as the whole shop smelled like freshly burned bud. I didn't even want to interact with the lady so, I left and spent $250 at another smoke shop. Definately not against smoking up but its definitely not ok to smoke up while on the job. SMH

Purchased a $30 Throwaway vape this past Friday. Employee did not have me try it before leaving store. Tried the same night, vape started malfunctioning and would not work at all. Didn’t even get 5 puffs out of 5000. Rode all the way back to the store two days later and was told there is nothing they can do. Don’t waste your money buying anything from them. They are scammers. Was told they didn’t need my business when I said I would not be returning. Hope that 30 bucks was worth your Reputation.
