I had an amazing experience at this vape and cigar shop! Every time I come in, the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked with a great selection of vapes, cigars, and accessories. It’s clear they take pride in keeping everything available so customers never leave empty-handed. What really makes this place stand out is the customer service — especially Chiki, who always goes above and beyond. She is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. Whether you have questions or just need a recommendation, you’re treated with patience and respect every time. It’s rare to find a shop where the service is this consistent and welcoming. Between the top-notch customer service and the always-full inventory, this has easily become my go-to vape and cigar spot. Highly recommend checking them out if you want a smooth, stress-free experience!

Doesn’t open for posted operating hours. I came over in between appointments and they weren’t open 1 hour after posted google hours. As a business, it shows that they couldn’t care less about their clients’ time. Do yourself a favor - go out of your way to a different store and avoid this business entirely.

Never open on time it says 9 am online and 9 am on the door but never once I have I seen them open before 10 am such a waste of time

My son bought 2 vapes, one was 50% off. Nowhere did it state : Hit or miss.. might not work!! They are knowingly selling items that don’t work. My son buys from here often, came right back after realizing the vape was a dud, the girl with the blue hair was extremely rude and said I told your son No that they are hit or miss when on sale. I asked where is the sign saying this? She said it’s our rule. She was very nasty. I asked her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. She gave me the owners card, tried calling no answer. What they are doing is illegal. I’m also notifying the BBB as well as whoever regulates their license. For her sake I hope she’s legal. Bad business and very ignorant cashier.

Never is actually open at 9 like their hours say. Usually 20-40 minutes later
