Very nice girl behind counter. Very large selection of kratom which I like. Store is extremely clean. You won't regret going here. Prices are really good. I like to be chilled and love nice people and they have both. Thank you...🙏😉

Support this store! Finally home from work and I promised that sweet employee I would leave a review. Today I came in a little short on money and I needed to catch the bus. I was a little upset from walking in the rain as well. The girl behind the counter was so sweet though. I forgot her name but can’t forget her face tattoos lol. She brightened up my day and help me when I was short. All she asked for was a review ❤️. Great store and customer service. I’ll always come here.

Walked into HotBox Smoke Shop and Jennifer stood up and welcomed us. She was smiling, her customer service was excellent, and we will return to HOTBOX! Thanks so much!

My first time at this vape shop and i was able to get what i came for however the woman behind the counter was not too knowledgeable about the products they have. They also do not have the pods that go to the vapes that their selling and she acted like i was asking too many questions. Maybe shes new? I probably wont be going back.

I love this place. Didn’t know it was here this whole time. They have everything! The girl working said her name was Lee, and she was amazing and very helpful! Great great business. Go here!
