Traveled here from out of state only to find them closed at 2:30 in the afternoon. When we asked the large black security guard standing out front why they were closed he said very rudely "they had the option to close early so they took it". We tried to ask him if they would be open normal business hours tomorrow and he straight up ignored us. This is horrible for business when you have people traveling over an hour only to find you closed early and could not even be bothered to let your customers know ahead of time. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Tonight I was sent away at 850. No one was waiting and an online order was unable to be placed because as usual the time slots were not available to save the order. There were about 3 or 4 people this happened to and another person because they were medical was allowed to place an order. People work I rushed to arrive before the 9 pm closing time and just like any business some days you have to stay until the people who arrived before 9pm receive their order. I was appalled the way we were treated I would totally understand if it was 901pm then you should get turned away but under these circumstances nah this should not have happened.

Prices too high, no online menu, not answering phones. I wonder if they are going out of business. Last year this was the only good dispensary for miles but I've been forced to look elsewhere

Don’t use Dutchie pay, they charge you ten weeks later if they mess up.

Website says open till 10pm. Doors were shut and lights off at 9pm. Really inconvenient and misleading.
