I had a pleasant experience today. Sam was friendly and made me feel welcomed. Great service! You guys rock!

They sold me a defective product, and rather than returning the broken thing to the company that manufactured it, they denied me a refund or exchange and stole my money. All the other stores in town are cheaper and stand behind their products. Don't do business with these thieves. Edit: they lied in the response and said I held onto it for awhile before trying to return. The first time I returned it, the girl told me I had to come back when the boss was working. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

Went in today as I was driving by Old town and noticed the cigar shop. Prices are spot on to where they should be if you ask me. They have a good selection and I will definitely be going back. Bought some My Fathers and some Oliva's. They had some rare cigars that aren't made anymore so that was a plus :) Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Went in today looking to purchase a hookah and had a wonderful experience. The owner was very knowledgeable and so helpful! I told him it was my first time buying/owning a hookah and he helped me by showing and explaining to me all the products as well as explaining how to properly pack the bowl/head to get the best pull. This was not my first time at this shop and definitely won’t be my last!

Best smoke shop in the area by far. Incredibly friendly staff. Owner is very personable and seems to always have great recommendations for a variety of products. Haven’t used another smoke shop since visiting here for my first time. Always well stocked even on the most popular and hardest to find products. Recommend this place highly to everyone.
