The sell used/ burnt vapes that are repackaged and when I showed them they said they wouldn’t replace/refund even though I opened it there in front of them.

Very rude service. Walked in and no one greeted me or my mother. My mom asked for her receipt and the man behind the counter threw it inside the glass case…guess he was mad that she wanted it…you want our money but don’t have any customer service what so ever. Def will not be returning. It took everything in me not to go off on him for disrespecting my mom. Plus they are way over priced! There were no prices tags so I believe they just make up prices for whoever shops there. Never again.

I can get what I need when I have gone there BUT WITHOUT good and respectful service. The cashier is ALWAYS on the phone (yes he smiles but does not speak to CUSTOMER). Place/ask for your stuff, he rings up and that's it. How can you continuously operate in the neighborhoods and NOT BE A neighbor. You are taking my money... GET OFF THE PHONE AND SAY HELLO TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

They are all nice in there just need to pay more attention to there customers
