I had an incredible experience at Zenobia. From the moment I walked in, the relaxed ambiance and stylish decor set the perfect tone for an evening of unwinding. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The hookah selection was impressive, with a wide variety of flavors that catered to both traditional and more adventurous tastes. We opted for a mix of mint and fruit flavors, which were perfectly balanced and smooth. The hookahs themselves were well-maintained and provided a consistently enjoyable smoke. What truly sets Zenobia apart is the atmosphere. The lounge offers cozy seating arrangements and ambient lighting, creating an intimate and chill vibe that’s perfect for catching up with friends or simply relaxing. The music was on point, complementing the overall experience without overpowering our conversations. Additionally, the menu featured a nice selection of drinks and snacks, which were the perfect accompaniment to our hookah session. Everything was reasonably priced, offering great value for the quality and experience provided. Overall, Zenobia is a gem of a spot for anyone looking to enjoy a laid-back evening with excellent hookah, great service, and a fantastic ambiance. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone in search of a top-notch hookah lounge.

Paid $10 per person for a private party event. Didn't stay 20 mins. Dont smoke hookah and purchased a sprite and rebull.I will not be referring this place first time and last experience

COCONUT COALS!!! This place offers quick lites and coconut coals! They also offer multiple brands of shisha, drinks for mixing and hot tea. The service is fantastic and the servers and owners are very nice! They also have great surround sound and have the latest shoes and fights n a fantastic open view screen. This is by far the best hookah experience I’ve had in all of MAYLAND. Come here for good shisha and atmosphere! I make my own bowls at home and this place makes it even better. I wish that I lived closer to experience this more. Seriously looking at properties just to be closer. On top of all that BYOB!!!

Hmmm, not sure what to think about this place….??? I have been to many hookah bars and this one has a lot growing to do- I know it’s newer. The first thing I noticed is…they REALLY missed the mark to make this place a dark/mysterious speakeasy vibe, but that’s just a personal preference. Okay so, first of all, wayyyyy too bright for a hookah bar- the lights were pretty unsettling. We got there a bit early, but this place didn’t start to get hype until 12 and they close at 1:30. Those lights in the back stayed on the whole time and it was so distracting- I kept wondering when they are going to turn then off. The hookah was “okay.” Me and the three people I was with unfortunately left with huge headaches. We also had to keep going up to our server because our coals were getting low- we shouldn’t have to do this. The chairs look comfortable, but they aren’t and 1/2 hookahs was smooth- the other, not so much. There were two things that were a bit odd to me….one was BYOB or $10 and only 2 people per hookah- not sure who your marketing person is but these are two rules that could drive people away or make people not want to come back. If you want to stay open in a place like Frederick for a long while, I’d rethink those. Ultimately, this is an amazing space with a lot of potential, but it needs to just be used better. Fix your lighting and furniture, get a liquor license and hire a bartender, get a snack “bar,” and make your inside darker, less sterile, and more welcoming/cozy, and you’ll build an even bigger client pool. We probably won’t be back unless it becomes a bit more developed.
