Went in to pick up a new vape unit to replace an older one that died on me. The store rep was all aces- she was friendly, listened, and gave me great suggestions, and even gave me the pros and cons of each piece before I made my choice. The shop itself looks amazing, was clean, felt so at ease, and will definitely be returning to make future purchases. I love my new Geek Vape Aegis unit!

They have good juice flavors and selections, I have been a loyal customer for years. But, I am very unhappy with them because a lot of times I have went there before 6:00 closing time and the door has been locked! It happened again today and the worker stood in the back and stared at me and it was 5:45, I even rushed to get there before closing! So that will be the last time I will be going to the vapor room unless I have to! I usually do not write negative reviews but it has happened too many times and I am now out of juice until tomorrow, but I will be going elsewhere.

Very friendly & knowledgable people! I like that they are willing to spend time talking to a customer and helping that customer find the right products to suit them. Great at answering questions for newbie vapers or people changing vape system. I was truly impressed! Their products are reasonably priced and they seem to keep a very good selection of vape items in stock. The website order I placed was shipped out quickly. I'm very sorry that shipping has to be discontinued (thank you, government busy-bodies) as it was nice to be able to shop in my jammies! I recommend The Vapor Room very highly, and I will most definitely continure shopping with them at any of their locations.

Their juice is subpar, madcatz juice is wayyyyy better. Went in the other week for a simple coil, obvious new girl was trying to keep up with my order and another customers while the owner sat on the phone talking instead of helping. New girl couldn’t find my coil, Heard her try to talk to boss, couldn’t be bothered, waited 25 mins while she searched. I ended up leaving. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
