I take great pleasure in visiting the shop due to the consistent commitment demonstrated by Sandy and Josh in providing high-quality merchandise. They actively listen to customer preferences, ensuring that specific brands are kept in stock for those who enjoy them. Their extensive knowledge of the products, supported by personal experience and customer feedback, enhances the shopping experience. I highly recommend this establishment to others, as all the staff members exhibit exceptional service. However, I would like to specifically acknowledge Sandy and Josh as my two favorite team members; they consistently facilitate smooth, straightforward, and efficient visits. Thank you.

New to Pink Spot but the customer service was amazing felt very personal. As per the product this is the first time ordering a product and it be exactly as described. I was looking for a light tobacco flavor not sweet , I ordered the USA Blend 60/40 and it is exactly what I wanted they for sure have a new customer for as long as they keep the doors open.THANK YOU PINK SPOT. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a very unique store that is esthetically pleasing. The staff are always pleasant. Very helpful and never pushy. They have a vast selection of high-quality merchandise and high-grade CBD/THC products. Serving old town Gaithersburg for convenience. This convenience comes at a price. Literally. It's the only drawback. High prices. You get what you pay for, though. They do have a GREAT rewards system. You can stop in every day and "get points" without purchasing anything. Great Job Team Vape Spot! The POZOLUTION ratings is as follows: Selection. 8.5 Service. 9.5 Value. 7 Ambiance. 9 Cleanliness. 9.5

Great, effective products, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices. Can't go wrong here. Enjoy.

Came here in Christmas afternoon for the first time and they’re amazing! Offered me cookies, super friendly and cool. Also prices are the best in town, recommended 10000%!
